Elemental Program

The Elemental Program is a sexual assault protection program designed by Ball State University sociology professors (with physical self-defense input from our own James Kentoshi Norris), that has realistic training for realistic situations. It has a proven long-term effectiveness, grounded in both social science research and effective self-defense tactics. It is designed to give high school and college students the tools they need to deal with the realities of social pressure and sexual assault with a range of options from verbal to physical.

We’ve been proud to offer this course at several schools and local communities, from Antioch College, Yellow Springs High School, and many others.
